Under Article 16 of the UK GDPR Frensham Parish Council have received representations that the statement "there is a permanent mobile home on site" contained within item P17/22 of the minutes of the Planning, Environment & Highways Committee Meeting held on Wednesday 31st January 2024 is inaccurate. The representations state that the 'statement is factually incorrect and has never been true'. We cannot verify if the minutes are an incorrect record of what was said at the meeting or if what was said at the meeting is correctly recorded, as the only record of what was stated in the meeting are the minutes. Therefore, we have placed this statement to document that although we believe the minutes to be an accurate record of the content of the meeting the statement 'there is a permanent mobile home on site' is disputed by the data subject.
